Customer service is very kind, although we got a duplicate shipment of shakes and it took over 5 days or so for the shipment to be returned. Every day I had to bring it out and then back in the house at night during this time.

The hose has a foul odor that seems unnecessary. When a new one is needed again we will air it out for a few weeks before offering it to a guest. We live at 9,000' in Colorado and the machine is used for uncomfortable guests.
