I placed an order 8.11 for 4 cases of boost plus 2 strawberry and 2 vanilla a jd I paid for 2-3 day delivery on 8-16 I received 1 case of strawberry the order number was 101096 I sent you a message on 8-17 that I did not receive 3 cases I was advised there was a problem with fedex and you would expedite the rest of the order and send me thre tracking number which I have not received

Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you have not received your 3 cases yet. We processed a reshipment to replace the missing 3 cases last Wednesday for a next air day delivery. For some reason, FedEx is having issues delivering the package. The tracking shows that the customer is not available or the business is closed. The customer controls access. We have provided your contact numbers to FedEx. We sent you reshipment tracking details separately for reference. We apologize for the inconvenience.
