The experience was remarkably quick and easy. You were the 3rd company I went to, but you had the equipment on hand, and were able to overnight it to me.

Hello,
The order was placed past cut-off time, and it was processed the following business day, which is July 13. You paid extra for 2-3 days of shipping and received it July 16, which is three days after it was processed. We will check if we can request for the shipping fee to be refunded. Someone will get in touch with you about this within 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

THe process of replacing my CPAP mask and getting extra headgear was painless, and the delivery was fast. I have bookmarked your webpage for the next time I need a new mask.

The CPAP supplies arrived on time and in working order. I am very pleased with the customer service, I needed a receipt with a date on it for my medical FSA and they sent it to me right away. I will buy from them again.

We had received Milk chocolate Ensure Enlive. I had ordered Vanilla. I called buymedical and they instructed me to leave the two cases of Milk chocolate on the front steps and also gave me a Fed Ex number to put on case. The following day Fed Ex came and picked up the two cases and left two cases of Vanilla. Now that is what I call awesome service. I have been ordering from them for about five years. No complaints.

Had shipping issues and called customer services yesterday and the problem was solved in less than 20 hours! And the product was at my door step by 11:00 am! Very good customer support! Need to order a second order this week, and the best price I could find.
