At first it was Poor service because I paid for two day delivery and have not gotten my purchase yet. But to come find out it was delivered to another suite. I was able to get my package from the other suite.I think the package should be signed for not just dropped off. People can’t afford to be giving money away if their package don’t get delivered. Luckily the company that had my package gave it to me or I would’ve been lost out of money if Buy Medical wouldn’t refunded me. I must say Buy Medical was very friendly and Considerate with what happened and was gonna ship out a new shipment. They did refund me my two day delivery fee. So I am satisfied with their services of fixing the problem with no issue

The purchasing experience was easy. When my package arrived, I received the wrong items...I did not receive what I had ordered. I communicated by chat with a rep, who said they would reship the item. I did receive the correct items on the second attempt. I was not impressed with OnTrac shipping though. The shipment was delayed midway through and then when I finally got notified that my order had been delivered. It actually had not been delivered, but did arrive later the next day. I appreciated the quick recovery of the mistake and am satisfied overall.

I had to return a mask and ask, from a long list , which one would be the right one. The person helping me, Regine, took her time asking about my machine and going over the list with me. I received the right one! She also helped me with returning the first one. It was picked up just like she said it would be. I got my machine at the VA. They will furnish parts and masks but it takes a trip to the hospital and weeks to finally get anything. I took a chance with your company and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Regine!!
