I will definitely buy from this company again. I ordered a shower chair and it came heavily damaged with missing parts by UPS. I filed a claim with UPS and then contacted BuyMedical.com and without any questions asked, they sent me out a new chair that day and I had it in 2 days. They are awesome! And luckily UPS did not destroy the 2nd chair during shipping.

On line order was misguided. Offered free wheel discount and did not give option to apply.
