Buy medical shipped my order very quickly and the checkout experience was pleasant. MY item arrived damaged and in a plastic nag with a note labeled “leaking”. I emailed customer service expressing my concerns that the item was shipped as damaged and had a label on that leaked and was wondering why someone would ship a damaged product explicitly with a handwritten label that it was leaking. I didn’t hear back from them. I would like to rate them higher, and hoped that my concern would be resolved. Disappointed that I never heard back. I’m hoping someone can help me have a better experience as I would like to recommend them to my network. Still waiting to hear back from customer service.
