The product itself is great but the delivery service needs to change. Box had a fourth of the side torn open and cardboard missing. I was surprised the legs were still inside but were not in the plastic bag they were shipped in.

Your face masks only seem to work with a concentrator. They do not work with a pulse activated regulator which is what I use when I do go out.

I ordered a product called TriDerma Facial Redness "Repair". It is the only thing I've found to work with Rosacea. You sent me Facial Redness "Relief". Your page clearly called the product I ordered "Repair" and that was not what you sent. I complained and was sent another order. I tried the "relief" and it doesn't help. When I received the second product. it was also "relief". It was nice of someone to try to help, but ultimately I'm out my original payment and I have two bottles of lotion that does nothing for me. I feel your website is deceptive and I would not recommend it to anyone.
