The product t that I loved, I no longer see on the website, which saddens me a little. Your packaging was good, but two of the four bags the zip-lock tire from the bag and became un-resealable. I am very surprised in the level of professionalism and quality that Cali botanicals has to offer. The green Malay kratom I purchased was of definite high quality and absolutely a pleasant surprise in comparison to other Kratom vendors. The amount I received, after weighing, matched correctly to the amount I purchased and the amount paid towards was very reasonable. I also like the different options for shipping. A lot of other vendors only offer usps regular mail but they have a wide variety of choices. My Mail delivery in my area is awful and never on time so it is nice to know on my next purchase, I will have the option to expediate my kratom. Overall, I am highly satisfied with Cali Botanticals and their overall service. I am currently waiting on another batch in which I am extremely excited for.
