Very relaxing! I had grabbed a cup of joe and sat down to watch a movie. Boy I felt great. Not only did I feel relaxed but I forgot about the pain I suffer in my hands due to arthritis and Dupytrens Contracture. Later that week I medicated, again with a cup of joe, and went outside to do some gardening. I got more work done by 6pm than half the army! What's nice is that I don't suffer any blowback from the day before. Just make sure you eat right and take Metamucil.
