I haven't had to use this in all my years of ordering from Cali except once - many many years ago -when I had ordered quite a large (for me, anyway), amount of products. The package was mishandled by apparently a million post offices coming clear across the country..When it finally arrived at my local post office, the packaging was damaged and product was compromised. So glad I had the insurance at the time, that I never forgot, and, even though it never happened again, I still purchase it every time just for good measure. Peace of mind is worth the small price.!Highly recommend.
