The insurance seems to have worked fine. I've never had a problem with delivery with Cali, but also I don't live far away so it's never been a problem and always has been faster than estimated.

Guess it was good I got insurance. Order was a week late. Nobody would take the time to return a phone call or the 3-5 emails I sent. Shipping wise, I was told I had to deal with it, as opposed to any assistance whatsoever from calibotanicala. So shipping was terrible. Then I wasn't even shipped the right product. No one could take their time to send a brief email, no one returned any phone calls. So, far as I know, I reckon the shipping insurance wasn't bad. Didn't have to use it. CB customer service, or lack thereof was nonexistent. Became very apparent that they couldn't possibly give less of a **** about me, even though I spend $2,000/ year with them, and have been doing so for a couple years. I have no pertinent opinion on the shipping insurance, but can definitely say I found significant fault in a company who sends the wrong product then declines to return phone calls or emails. I'll certainly be sharing my experience with others. They should be ashamed. The google review I intend to leave should cause others to proceed with caution dealing with a company who doesn't give a **** about their customers.
