The White Maeng Da isn't as effective as the White Horned Leaf Also, the White Horned Leaf gives me an energy boost that I didn't feel with the White Meang Da. The White Maeng Da is a mellower boost which is pleasant and lasts longer. Over all the White Maeng Da is an excellent product.
