I cannot express enough positive words to describe how awesome trainwreck allows my body to feel. It gives me the energy (mom, grandma, children's counselor, digital creator, and caretaker of my 89yr old dad with dementia) to survive the day. The energy is hard to describe as it feels like this 56 year old woman is a teenager again or even a toddler with so much energy I feel like dancing in the middle of chaos but at the same time it does not give me the shakes or make my heart race.
