Absolutely love the shoes, but your delivery cost me a fortune as I live in Switzerland and your delivery staff did not mark on the package what it contained nore the value and it got stuck in the customs for 2 weeks (I went on a trip without my new shoes because of this) and I had to pay a fine. For a company that advertises a global delivery, this was quite shameful!

Hello Virpi, I am so sorry that this has happened to your parcel. For customs purposes, we always include a declaration when shipping internationally and I will be taking it up with our warehouse as to why this wasn't included, and to make sure that it doesn't happen again.

Excellent flat shoes, I am so pleased with them. The suede is very soft and I finally have shoes which don't give me blisters.
I also bought a pair of Sophia heels, again which have very soft leather. I wanted heels for my daughters wedding but usually cant wear them without unbearable pain.These were perfect. I managed to wear them all day without my feet really hurting.
I also would like to praise the service I have received. I have ordered the wrong size a couple of times and had to send them back. It is really easy to do this and I have received exchanges and refunds really quickly.

Never thought I'd get into pointed ankle boots but yeah. Usually because I have to go for a wider fitting or a size up the boots are too wide around my fairly narrow ankles but these are great. Not cheap but worth it.
