New Brunswick Standard First Aid Kit
Somewhat disappointed in the service. Placed the order on a Monday and the kit was not sent out until over a week after on Tuesday. It wasn't until I called a couple of times wondering why it wasn't sent that they put a move on. In my opinion it should not take more than two days following the placement of an order to be sent out. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, but the entire process took too long. On a positive note, the product was exactly as described and what we needed. Thanks.

Blankets however are the only item not a mandatory in the kit, as I was told by a BC WCB officer. Please make kits available (especially refills) without blankets.

Appreciate your prompt, personal attention when I sent an address correction and your subsequent confirmation that the change was made. It's always reassuring when communication happens!
Thanks again, and I will think of your company first when I need first aid supplies in the future.

Metal Kit Scissor 4"
These are the smallest scissors I could find to add into the personal kit. Not expecting anything extrodinary, they are borderline functional though due to their very short blades. A more well proportioned tool could be shorter, more useful and more effective.
