We were really satisfied with the product we received. The print quality was superb and we really saw the quality of work your team has put into our order. The only problem is with the courier company. The delivery time I've set in their website and call center was not followed by the delivery man. This became an inconvenience for me because I had to wait for the package later than what I've set with them. But I know that it is not a problem with Canvasjet. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the product we've received and are very likely to avail more of your products and services. Thanks a lot Canvasjet!

The entire service was world class, initially when i sent through the images i had attached a low res image. They then called me, advised to resize and the results were fantastic. Canvasjet was quite diligent in their communication with me. Although, not being computer savy, I found sending the pictures difficult. They kept telling me it was easy to do, but I didn't have any help. Also, they didn't use every picture I sent. There are some repeats of photos right beside each other. All in all, the finished product was pretty great.

We investigate about your order and we found that there are more than 30 emails between you and our support and they did their best to help you how to upload your photos. Uploading photos don't need to be a computer guru, but at least you must have the basics. We always do our best but we cant teach our clients how to use their computers, thats will take a lot of time and effort. About repeating photos, that's up to number of photos you sent us to create your mosaic art, after all you agree the preview and allow us to print it. At CanvasJet.com, WE CARE !
