I placed two orders with CanvasJet- both Christmas presents. I was hesitant about the orders- especially considering the prints were photos taken on phones rather than with traditional cameras. However, all of the prints (6 in total) turned out beautifully! I was quite surprised and very pleased and am looking forward to giving these as gifts as Christmas. They did a wonderful job at exceeding my expectations and I do not hesitate to recommend them for lovely canvas prints. Thank you!

Not sure if this is a real Businesss. Made a call regarding my order and wasn't happy with the response I got. Looks like they don't have an office and just take orders online and arrange print via other printers for a higher price.

Worst experience ever. Purchased via Groupon and will never be using canvasjet again. No communication after submitting order, not even a confirmation e-mail nor order tracking number. I called them 8 days later i asked to pay extra for delivery within 2days which they confirmed will be delivered after 2 days, no call receieved so i was back in touch with them on the promised delivery day. They said it wont be delivered for another day at which point i said i'll go and collect if it makes things quicker. They arranged for me to collect from there courier but STILL had to pay the 75AED for the 2 day fast track and delivery. POOR customer service, they dont keep their word and the quality of the canvas print is just about standard.
