I preordered the LITE series and received many updates as to when I could expect my order. They shipped it out right away and I received it a few days later. I have always had a good experience with my regular and preorders and will definitely be back to purchase again.

I did the pre-order for the LITE workouts and appreciated all the updates on the progress of the DVD's. I received my order and have done the PHA2 workout - looking forward to trying the others!

Got my new Lite workout. Have done several of the DVDs. I love the workouts! My main problem is with getting them to work correctly. I have 2 DVD players- both relatively new, one is BluRay. On both players (but one works better than the other), there are multiple DVDs that won't load up if I try to play a particular chapter. Seems to work ok if I start from the beginning, but only one of the DVDs so far works correctly when I try to jump chapter to chapter. Given that I have problems with 2 separate players (although one will be a bit more successful in certain chapters than the other player) it seems to me that the DVDs are manufactured in a very picky manner. I have over 20 Cathe DVDs, none of which have ever had this problem and I rotate through them at least 3 times per week. The only DVD with a problem is this new one. On one DVD, when I tried to start it from the beginning, it started it somewhere in the middle, and I had to "rewind" it to the beginning. Therefore, am concerned about the way these were manufactured, and curious to see if others have this problem.

Just bought the LITE dvd. Love it so far but the upper body stacks won’t play! Previous purchases had no problem at all.
