Super fast delivery of my dvds I ordered!
Started today and am LOVING the workouts! Can’t wait to keep trying all the workouts! Can already tell Cathe is going to push me to go further that I have before.
I had been debating trying her workouts for a few years now, and wow do I ever wish I had started these workouts sooner!

I am a 69 year old retired fitness instructor and fitness coordinator. I have been purchasing Cathe's video since the early 1980's. I have tons of her VHS and DVD videos. She is the most professional and creative instructor ever. I thoroughly love the challenge of all 3 DVD videos I just ordered - "Step,Jump &Pump & Step Blast, Afterburn and Yoga Max" I am never disappointed by any of the workouts. They keep both your mind and body challenged. Soundtracks are great!

It was so easy to order. I bought during the Black Friday deals and bought X-train as a steal! It is my first time ordering and thought it was the perfect time to try.

The team at Cathe Support has been very nice, but I had to contact them a second time about an outstanding refund (as of today, still no refund and it's been 3 weeks... so will need to contact them again a third time regarding this matter.)

Shopping experience was fine - but I may have purchased 2 of the same thing because no one ever responded to my e-mail to confirm I had already placed a pre-order....
Response from Cathe dot Com

Hi Kimberly, we always respond to every customer service request. Our ticketing system keeps track of every customer service request and when our staff answers a request so that we can make sure all customers are responded to in a timely manner. The ticketing system also sends an automatic email with a ticket number so that you know you reached us. In your case, your ticket number is TICKET #2168545 and Nancy responded to you about 10 mins after you contacted us: (11/14/2018 12:51PM] by Nancy Pollock). I would suggest checking your email again and perhaps your junk, clutter or spam folders for Nancy's email to you. If you can't find it then please contact us again and Nancy can resend her response to you.

I love the variety of workouts, and that those from years ago are still available. It is sometimes difficult though to find one without using a search, and that is especially true of equipment such as the bands.
About Cathe dot Com
Our mission is to provide customers a health club quality workout in the privacy of their own homes, never forgetting Cathe’s three guiding principles: Professionalism, Passion, and Quality. We retain a tight control on our brand following our Golden Rule: if you want a job done right – do it yourself! From video production and web design to shipping we do almost everything in-house.
Since our company was founded in 1988 our goal has always been to bring you the same quality and intensity health club workout our gym members enjoy into the privacy of your own home. We have done this through the years with VHS tapes, DVDs and digital downloads. Now, we also bring you the newest way to work out with Cathe: — Cathe Live and Cathe OnDemand.
With Cathe Live you get to see and experience Cathe in the same way our gym members do—unrehearsed, unscripted and little to no editing, with up to four new workouts every month.
