Burgundy Berries and Hydrangea Holiday Vase Arrangement
In the photo my sister-in-law sent of the arrangement she received I did not see any pine sprays only fern. I thought it would be more appropriate for the holiday with the pine as shown in the photo on the website. I?t was very pretty and she liked it.

Deck the Halls Tree
The recipient sent a photo and I was surprised to see it was an actual Christmas tree, not the holly tree pictured. I chose the holly tree thinking it would stay green all month with some watering. I didn't order an actual pine Christmas tree on purpose because I thought it might shed & die sooner. I understand you reserve the right to substitute items based on availability but this is a completely different look than I ordered. That said, the recipient loves it and it is nicely decorated. I just wish I'd been told it would be a different item given that it cost $99.00.
