When I made the order, it showed all orderedable and got email that it's normally dispatched in 2 days.
However, it took 3 weeks for the items to be dispatched. No updates came about my order for over 1 week and I had to ring them to ask for update.
3 weeks in panic and worry, especially when you do valuable order. This is not good at all.
I also paid 11 pounds for secure delivery, and then got the items in small special delivery royal male bag through in my door mail hole!

Hi Samia,
Thank you for your feedback. The item you purchased was available on an orderable status and you received a pop up stating that the lead time for the product was 2-4 weeks. This has to be acknowledged before you add the item to the basket. Your order confirmation email goes on to state;
"Products on 'pre-order' or 'orderable': please be advised that we will despatch all these products as soon as we receive our allocation into stock. You will be contacted with a further update to confirm shipping.
All orders placed for "in stock" items will be despatched within 2 working days. If for any reason there is a further delay we will contact you and let you know."
We provide customers who have ordered a product on an orderable status with fortnightly updates, with the first update one week after your order has been accepted.

We're sorry to hear about the issue with the delivery. We ensure that all items are packaged as discreetly as possible. The item however should not have been posted through your door. We will contact our courier and raise a complaint, and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.
