I was building MK12 Mod 1 rifle and only Charlies Custom Clones and another shop had it available. The other shop also took 9 days to email me on availability. By the second day I had made my purchase at Charlies Clones. Charlies Custom Clones has great customer service and kept me informed on shipping progress. The item was received in good order, NIB with all contents. For such an expensive item I would hav expected the item to be packaged inside another box with padding material, instead the item was shipped in the manufacturers box with white tapping covering up all the part numbers and information. I paid more than average selling price as there was limited availability. Over all beside the price I am happy with the purchase and communication with CCC.
