i did to pay bills and knew of this website that offers one of the best trade-in deals, over other game/trade stores and online sites.Searching for items to trade, sell, or buy are very easy to use. I've used this site before for trading to get games I wanted and really enjoy their trading service, with shipping items to 1st and reusing same box (if big enough) to ship my trade-ins afterwards. This makes me a customer for my gaming life.

Online ordering is a great option if you can't make it into the store. There are plenty of options to choose from, sometimes it's hard to filter to what you really want, but you will be able to find what you want eventually. The wishlist option is really nice so you can find what you were looking at previously without having to search for it again. Sometimes the wait can be really long going into the store. It can be really crowded on weekends and it seems they need more registers throughout the store. They only have 2-3 up front and could use some more. Wait times in line just to drop off trades can last 30-60 minutes. Overall a good place to shop in store but would recommend online shopping more with $10 free shipping.

I ordered a few used Xbox 360 games. The price was very fair and lower than what you'd find at Gamestop, the only local place around here for this sort of thing. In addition, every game I purchased came in it's original case, with original manual, the cover, and the games were shrink wrapped. It was just like buying a new game. Contrast this with Gamestop where you get a scratched up disk, a generic DVD case, no cover, no manual, and pay 3 times as much. I love eStarland and my next purchase of 360 or XB1 games will be from eStarland because of how impressed I was with my first shopping experience.

There were many problems trying to buy the right amount of games, had 3 only wanted 1. Had to go through too many hoops to correct, plus had my card info no problem. Then when I finally got the 2 extra games off the price had gone up over a $1.00. I'd better get the game in 2-3 days. Someone should fix your buy page.

I have recommended eStarland to my sister who is a big gamer and all my gamer friends, especially if they are looking for oldschool games. Originally I found eStarland to purchase some old PS2 games and found they had the biggest selection of games of which I know. The only negative aspects are not getting as much for a trade-in as one had hoped, not being able to trade-in because eStarland is overstocked with that particular game, and only receiving 70% of one's trade-in value. However, it is understandable that this is the policy since this is the way this market works. I am highly satisfied with the service and overall quality of the experience I have when shopping on eStarland. I would much prefer supporting this company than Gamestop. Plus, Gamestop's selection, service, and trade-in values don't come near to eStarland's way of business.

The was prompted with an error upon trying to place my order saying transaction declined. I got around the error by checking out via paypal with the same card and it then processed just fine. Other than that, I was very happy with the prices of used video games and look forward to shopping with you again.
