Good hold for my 28" waistline, plus I can wear it underneath my clothes. It gives me a great figure and help me to not over eat. One thing a learned is that I had to put extra moisturiser my waistline area to help me not itch too much. Ohhh, I wash mine waist trainer every 2 days it dries easily. However, it still itches my skin because my skin isn't getting enough air to breathed. Usually I wear it over a vest, I tried wearing it also without layering.

The design is lovely, and the material is good, but as I am a pear-shape, there is a severe compromise with fit; it has to be much too big up top, if it is to be remotely ok across the hips.
When sitting down, the bones at the sides dig right into your armpits and are rather painful.
