Expert Waist Training Black Brocade Classic Underbust With Hip Gores
Great quality in the corsets, comfortable and sturdy. However surprised that they do not include a return or exchange paper with the parcel so that it makes any exchange or returns a bit of a hassle. First time that a respectable company from whom I bought ( and paid delivery for) doesn't include a free return/ exchange form. I needed to exchange one of the corsets because of size and felt frustrated that 1. I had to call them to get instructions on how to do the exchange, 2. I had to pay £8,50 to post the product back to them, TRACKED as mandatory, 3. Sent them an email with tracking number, item sent back and reference no for the product requested in exchange, 4. Had to wait until they received the parcel and sent me an email confirmation for them to finally send to me the parcel , of course on regular mail 2-3 days to wait again. Pity that the service was so dated and slow since the products are great.

Black Stripe Longline Expert Waist Training Overbust
I was very impressed with the quality of the corsets, especially as I'd bought them in the two for one deal. When my first order arrived I found both of the corsets too big, however, I returned them and received replacements in no time at all. This was done through the returns process. The only negative was the jacquard corset (replacement) was still a bit too big around the bust area even though it fitted everywhere else, but I will use cups to solve this issue. The customer service was excellent. Without a doubt, I would recommend Corset Story!

Silver Couture Corset
Once again a really stunning corset. Very happy. I would only mention that I am very petite and was looking at one size smaller because usually clothes ordered online turn out to be too big for me. I'm very glad the size smaller was unavailable since the next size up fitted perfectly.
