Great service. I did have to return the corset a few times for a different size but no problems with that. would have liked the option to pay for next day delivery on the exchanged corsets but was happy anyway. Overall I am very happy with the service.

Good fast service but the additional costs for delivery, postage and returns does put me off making orders with Corset Story. Free deliver and returns would definitely encourage me to shop with you more as the product and service are both excellent. It's just a shame about this add on cost, which amounts to a lot if an item needs to be returned. £7-10 for delivery is costly in itself (again something that I am surprised you charge).

I had to return two of the items, and the cost of returning them was very off-putting. It has made me reluctant to risk ordering other items from you, especially as the fit of the two items, even the replacements, wasn't very good.

Excellent selection of clothing and good quality corsets. Might be good to provide a help section for those who are first time corset wearers like myself. I ended up trying a few different styles and sizes to get the right one.

Amazing service, corsets are such good quality! I bought two underbust waist trainers. I have a high intensity job where I'm constantly moving and I wear mine every day, they're so comfortable even though they're cinching my waist in.

Great products, customer service was brilliant. I had to do an exchange with little time for error, I expressed this and all expectations were met and exceeded. Great work guys and thank you
