Everything good except for their returns procedure which was confusing and needlessly complicated although the money went back into my account quickly. Corset was good quality but I ordered the wrong size.

One of my orders went missing in the post, but I think that was Royal Mail's fault, not Corset Story's. I emailed in with my problem and immediately got a response from a member of staff who gave me a refund. My next order arrived in good condition and exactly as specified. Good service overall.

Fine; Amazon delivered to my nephew's work address quite speedily and there wasn't too much packaging - something Amazon has been accused of.
