It is no longer possible to get this company on the phone. I like the corsets but i believe if i had managed to speak to someone i might have avoided ordering what didn't fit as it took 24 hours to get a reply by email. I've been ordering happily from this company for few years but may not any more. I think this kind of quality corset deserves a personal service.

I have bought a few products from here before and this last purchase did not let me down. The only fly in the ointment is the returns procedure but customer services replied quickly to my query and sent the form to me straight away. It turns out I hadn't sent the country to UK otherwise I would have been able to complete the returns online myself.
