Extremely poor customer service. Does not reply to emails or questions through their customer services page which is unhelpful when you are at work during their trading hours.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, looking into our email history, I was unable to find any communication from you. Have you sign up for an account with Zendesk to submit the tickets? However, in order to help you, I have just sent you an email, if you can kindly reply with what we can do for you. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

The corset arrived quickly, however I feel that instructions on how to properly lace up a waist training corset should be included as if a customer did not know how to correctly do this, they could injure themself or damage their corset
