Ihave ordered several items from Corset Story over the last few months. The quality is amazing and I am now starting my journey as a corset wearer! I recently had some issues with a delivery and the customer service has been absolutely excellent. I will continue to shop here for years no doubt and will also be recommending them to everyone!

A few of the corsets needed returning for different sizes but this was all straight forward and easy. Gorgeous designs but decided corsets were to restrictive and even though they look amazing I'll stick to waspies x

The website was easy to use but you would benefit by including a tab which takes the user to designs for larger ladies. It was good to see representation of larger ladies wearing your corsets in the photos but it would be even more impressive if this could be extended to all of your designs. Some of the recent printed designs are really pretty but do not seem to be available in larger sizes. Larger ladies do appreciate pretty designs too.

Navigating the site was easy and I found exactly what I wanted pretty quickly. It was also very helpful with information on how to find my size and the website even had its own magazine with information on corsets and their history. However, I disliked the lack of options for shipping. I ordered on a Saturday morning so paying for next day delivery that only worked if you ordered from mon-fri was useless to me but was the only option available for shipping. I had to pay £6.95 for next day delivery when I wouldn’t be getting the service of next day delivery. Overall it was an easy to navigate website with lots of information but the lack of delivery options was disappointing.

Beautiful, high-quality, corset! I love it, it's comfortable and the material is stunning! Only thing I'd like is more delivery options, as next day DPD delivery is the only one.
