I found ordering very simple and loved the offer that I took advantage of as a first time buyer. Delivery was very accurate and swift and I was not disappointed with the quality of the corsets. both being the same size the black fitted perfectly and I wore this and it complimented my outfit perfectly however the Victorian green corset did not fit at all so hence I was disappointed here Also I have no information on how to return and receive it in a bigger size? On reading other feedback I conclude this is a lengthy process where I may lose out please advise asap

Definitely "good" but not "excellent" - had to do a return for size reasons and they sent me a pre-paid postage thing to print, but also told me I needed to have tracking so I had to pay £12 for that. Had trouble reaching their customer service but once I got through after a few days of trying they were very helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences. The pre-paid label sent was for the post office in order to sent the returns free of charge. You should have received a tracking number for it as well. We are glad we could assist you in the returns process. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story
