Good service was a little put out at not having a full refund to my bank as i asked for an exchange and they refunded my account with a credit. I bought the corsets because they were part of an amazing sale. Now im left with no corsets and £30 down. Maybe shouldve been made more clear on the returns and refunds page.

Speedy delivery, but why does it have to come in a bag with "Corset Story" all over it, and on the label. As we were out when the delivery arrived, it was left with a neighbour. So now everyone knows what we bought. How about completely discreet packaging including an anonymous return address? Until then I will be reluctant to buy anything again.
