It's operative to try on clothes (especially corsets) before buying them, but as an online store that's inevitably unachievable. However my return was stipulated that I track my returns, making my postal bill appx 10% of my overall purchase. As an even larger order only cost me appx £5 from Corset Story (which was also tracked) I've spent almost £20 on packaging alone. It would make a huge difference to the shopping experience if this was addressed. I'm put off buying by the cost of returning.

Thank you for taking time to review your order purchased from Corset Story. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we don't provide Returns Labels for the items returned from an order, I am sorry about this. I have also emailed you regarding your returns as a confirmation for the refund processed. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story
