Great quality in the corsets, comfortable and sturdy. However surprised that they do not include a return or exchange paper with the parcel so that it makes any exchange or returns a bit of a hassle. First time that a respectable company from whom I bought ( and paid delivery for) doesn't include a free return/ exchange form. I needed to exchange one of the corsets because of size and felt frustrated that 1. I had to call them to get instructions on how to do the exchange, 2. I had to pay £8,50 to post the product back to them, TRACKED as mandatory, 3. Sent them an email with tracking number, item sent back and reference no for the product requested in exchange, 4. Had to wait until they received the parcel and sent me an email confirmation for them to finally send to me the parcel , of course on regular mail 2-3 days to wait again. Pity that the service was so dated and slow since the products are great.
