My corset arrived quickly, and although I felt it wasn't quite suitable for me, the product itself was well made very sturdy, and strong enough to hold everything where you would want it. The returns procedure was easy and even though my return was posted over the easter bank holiday, it was the quickest refund I have ever had. No quibbles at all. My only bugbear was the fact that the packaging could have been a little more discreet. I wasn't home when the post man delivered and my parcel was left with a neighbour. Not only did it have Corset Story name on the parcel, but as it was only a grey plastic bag, it wasn't rocket science to work out what I had purchased. My neighbour now grins like a Cheshire cat every time I see him.

not liking the new website set up; can't go back pages so searching takes ages for reloading

Very good and friendly customer service. I can highly recommend this company. The sizing tool on the website was misleading but it has been now removed which is good.

Sent quickly but I realised that I hadn't updated my new address and despite sending an email and changing the address as soon as I realised, the corset still got sent to my old address. Luckily I was able to get hold of it without too mch difficulty.

Always wanted a good quality corset and had a bad experience recently with a cheap brand. After that I made my first purchase from Corset Story and its changed my way of life never will I go with a cheap knock off. The quality of the products and the service from Corset Story is amazing, I bought from the 3 for £89 sale to test the water even though these are sale items I bought a whole outfit and it cant be faulted at all. WELL DONE.
