Emails keeping informed on status of my order arrived quickly , and although I had to send it back and reorder this was done at ease . My only negative was I had to pay to send it back , with a tracking number and with the weight of the item cost me over £8.00!!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. I can see that we have issued store credit to your Corset Story account. The returns shipping cost is a customer's responsibility and we recommend using the cheapest tracked service so we can process with the request as soon as possible. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

My only problem is it asked me for a password and then didn't register me (because I paid with PayPal) so I had to ask the help team what was going on. Very counter-intuitive!
