The service provided by Corset is really good. If i can make a suggestion, i think the company should think about a wider range of customers with the naming of their items. The new naming of items can be off putting for some customers, that really like the product(s). I found the naming of certain items that i would have liked to purchase, a turn off. Nice edgy names can still be used for items. This is just a suggestion and would hope that the company will consider this.

Thank you for your positive feedback. I am glad to hear that you have been happy with our service and products. I have passed the message, about naming our items differently, to our development team. Thank you again for your time leaving us feedback, we really appreciate comments from our customers. Have a nice day! Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

The communication could be improved somewhat to gain an excellent rating. In particular, when returning an item communication is poor and the process confusing.

I had to return an item and get a refund and it's happened really smoothly. The only downside is that you have to request a return through the website and wait for their acknowledgment before you can print off a slip for your package. You then have to do it through tracked service and log back in to your account to enter the tracking number and update the return. This makes it a bit messy. That said the refund was really quick so can't fault that.
