When enquiring about a size exchange, Corset Story were quick to respond with instructions. I decided not to exchange after all, but I have confidence in their professionalism.

Fast delivery and items look better than in the photographs on the website. Shame they often sell out of my size quickly on styles I like.

I like Corset Story but the 'extra small' is not small enough

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that you are pleased with the skirt. I am sorry to hear that the jacket was not a good fit. Unfortunately the size xs is the smallest one we have at the moment, I am sorry about that. I can see that you have submitted RMA request already, once you have confirmed the valid tracking number, we can process with your request. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

Good website but deals are not always clear so would be nice to have them in one section and not mixed in with the mainstream stock. It would also be nice just to see a model or dummy in the corset so you can see how they are supposed to fit ie the long re the standard fit.

Corset Story is an excellent company, they offer so many styles and colours at reasonable prices. i love how they have different offers on. On my first order i ordered the wrong sizes, with the error been mine, i didn't mind paying to send them back. i re-ordered in the right size. when the parcel turned up one of the items was not the right corset. i made a call to them explained and within the hour i received an email with a free return label. i sent them an email with the tracking number of the returned parcel as they requested but unfortunately the one i had ordered was now out of stock. they emailed me straight away and due to the mixed up corset i was given store credit and a replacement.
