I ordered my corset on pre order. Which was suppose to be a week later it would come. I still paid £7 'next day delivery' as that was the only option. It didn't come for two months due to it being stuck at the borders which obviously wasn't the company's fault. They were quite helpful and replied to every email within a day with updates etc. I got three options to refund, replace with another one they had or wait. I opted to wait because I wanted that exact one. Was honestly worth the wait and the inconvenience wasn't their fault. Will be ordering again regardless if it happens again.

Lovely corset, had to send it back, tho, because I didn't realize I was slimmer than I was! I am still waiting for the smaller size because it wasn't it stock so it is on a preorder. Hopefully I will get the smaller size by the end of the month (almost 20 days after I ordered).

Brilliant customer service - my corsets were too small so I had to return them. Hanna reached out quickly to let me know that two were out of stock and allowed me to exchange. Very communicative and the corsets are brilliant quality. I look forward to receiving my replacements :)

I'd highly recommend this store. Great quality corsets and great customer service. I ordered something on pre-order and the corset got stuck in customs when they were getting their stock into Britain. They contacted me directly telling me in detail what the problem was and gave me options on how to proceed. Never experienced better customer service! Highly recommend

Review for item SST015 (full steel boned white corset shirt) and SST003 (black corset shirt):
Fits well and looks flattering, however the corset flares out quite widely at the hips which stops the shape looking completely natural, and makes it obvious it's a corset rather than a well-fitting shirt. More suited to date night than an interview. As a previous reviewer said it's better for taller people since I also noticed the armpits were quite high and I'm 5'9. The corset is made of stiff shirt material - it could do with some softer lining. However overall it's still comfortable enough to wear and looks good. The ribbon lacing included with the white version of the shirt looks elegant, so it's a shame it wasn't included with the black one. I will probably buy some black ribbon and replace the lacing.
