I am really sorry to hear that the item was not a perfect fit. Please notice our sizing charts are only a guide line and we can't guarantee the corset will fit perfectly as our customers are different sizes and shapes. I am sorry about that. If you need any help with sizing we are willing to help you with that. I can see that you have returned the item and we have processed the refund to your bank account. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

Access to the site was very good with a wide range of products available to view. The issues occurred, however, when redeeming the vouchers codes from Wowcher. I had bought multiple vouchers but found that I had to access the site three times signing in with three internet accounts. The first time I accessed the site everything was straight forward. the issues occurred when trying to place the other orders and when I signed in as an already existing customer the voucher code was not accepted at the final buying stage. As my husband has two internet accounts I was able to continue in using the Wowcher codes to buy the desired products

I am really sorry to hear that the corset was not as expected. You are welcome to return it back to us, I have emailed the instructions to your email address you have placed the order with. Please notice the corset has to be in the same condition as you received it. I am really sorry to hear that you have had issues with Wowcher orders. I have informed our development team to look into this issue and try to solve it as soon as possible. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

The site is very well laid out and it was easy to view. The issue occurred when I wanted to apply multiple codes from Wowcher. The use of the first code was successful using my usual internet link, but with successive codes the voucher could not be applied using the same internet link.Because of this situation an alternative had to be used
