They claim to have a simple returns and exchange policy however they allowed me to make a purchase as a guest witohut an account without warning me that this would make exchanges and returns impossible. The return request page requires you to have an account. When i subsequently made an account, the account had no record of the item I wished to return. This all despite the fact my email had been taken to set up both the purchase and the new account.

I have looked into your order and I can see that you have placed the order as a guest and that's the reason you are not able to place the Returns Request in our website. I was very impressed with both the service and the product I received from Corset Story. The Corset was so beautifully made I would've been happy to have paid more than I did. I paid for fast delivery and receive a tracking number which was useful. Communication was also great especially a I needed to return the original corset and order a smaller replacement Would recommend corset story to anyone!

Corset Story company provide an excellent range of corsets. Some customers may view and buy a corset as an accessory - underbust corsets suit this purpose well, as no real support is needed for their bust. However, some customers like myself need more support as we are larger busted and therefore overbust corsets need to suit this purpose. This is where I felt Corset Story company let itself down - overbust corsets need sturdy straps to give extra lift and support, otherwise the corset sags and provides no support or benefit and is useless. Corset Story company does not provide such corset. They need corsets as shown in the Theatre and the ones in the films about the 18th/19th century - white/cream in colour and no satin slippery material. The company Hourglass Corsets provides the "Elizabeth" corset, which I have now ordered to get as near to these requirments as possible.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that the items were not a perfect fit. I can see that one of the items is an acrylic boned item and that one is not as strong and supportive as our steel boned items. Acrylic boned corsets are to be worn as clothing, our steel boned items are shaping the body and giving it an extra support. If the corset is not a good fit it might be a wrong size. These are the measurements you will need when choosing the corset: - Bust: around the fullest part - Waist: around the thinnest part - Hips: around your hip bone part - Length: From the top of your cup to your hipbone For Underbust corset: - Underbust: around underneath the bust - Waist: around the thinnest part - Hips: around your hip bone part - Length: from underbust to hipbone Also when you will click specific corset in our website, on the right side you can see "Size and Fit", where you can compare your measurements to find the right one for you and from "Styling Features" you can find the length of the corset. Please notice the measurement charts are only a guide line, we can't guarantee that the corset is a perfect fit since our customer are different shapes and sizes.
