I've always loved your corsets and skirts, the quality and value for money are excellent. But I decided to purchase a blouse and was unsure what size to purchase, the sizing guide only mentions corsets so this was no help. I ordered the wrong size and had to return the item for which I had to pay £7 to return a lightweight blouse, I dread to think what a corset would have cost. Then when I come to order an exchange I have to pay postage costs again. A costly lesson in getting the size right first time. I realise that by having this returns policy you are keeping the costs of your items down, but just a warning to others to make sure you get your size right first time. Maybe you could display the measurements for blouses, skirts etc with the item, saves the customer having to search for the sizing guide. This hasn't put me off I still love your corsets and would still recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the size did not fit and that you had to return the product. The sizes on our website for blouses relate to dress sizes. That means it could be a bit different from one person to another as people have different body shapes. Our apologies because you had to return the item. I can see you have been refunded the full item price. Unfortunately, the return costs are the customer responsibility and can differ depending on which courier service you use to return the item. basque's need to be appropriate for the female body. Most woman have a bust, so a place to put them is necessary. Much prefer these because a larger bust is trapped if it has nowhere to go without nbeing squashed.
