Response from Corset Story Ltd - UK
Jul 25, 2014
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had problems on checkout. Unfortunately our checkout cannot be accessed on a mobile or ipad for safety reasons. We recommend to use a laptop. I have passed your feedback to our IT team. I am also sorry to hear the corset does not fit. We apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately each customer's body shape is different and we cannot guarantee that the corset will fit. Our size chart is provided for the general guidance of our clients only. In case of broad shoulders, please note we also recommend to go for 1 or 2 sizes up. Following your return, we have refunded you on February 3rd. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. In the mean time if you would like further assistance, please email us at sales@corsets-uk.com. Kind regards, Corset Story
