Emails from individuals were polite and friendly and items look good. However, procedures not vg... I ordered 2 items in the sale and received an email saying my order was complete, so I assumed all was well. (And presumably the ££ taken from my credit card.) Then received an email saying the order couldn't be dispatched because the items were not in stock, and asking: would I like to choose alternatives "in the meantime" - which made me think the original items would just take longer or become available again. By the time the staff clarified that they would not, it was too late to order instead alternatives I wanted.

The service, range and prices are fantastic but the sizing is way out. I am a size 16 top in any shop yet a size xxl which is apparently a 16 never fits

Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry to hear that! Please note the sizing chart is a guideline but as we offer different models we unfortunately can't guarantee the item always has the right fit. Therefore due to different body shapes the size can vary. You are welcome to return the item for refund or exchange, simply follow the returns procedure on the back of your invoice. Please write an e-mail to customer services with the required returns information and a short explanation so we can help you as soon as possible. Thank you very much! Kind regards, Corset Story
