Quick delivery but item could have been packaged better as it was damaged when it arrived. Put tissue paper, bubble wrap or polystyrene bits would have stopped this.

The website is well designed. The Customer service team are good, even if their choices behind things are not well explained. I feel there was quite a bit of miss communication.

The tracked post service was useless. I received a package will be delivered today and a cannot deliver pick it up at the same time literally seconds apart. There was never a tracking number or status available.maybe royal mail fault but spoils otherwise perfect service.

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the fitting of your corset. When the bust area is showing a large gap between the bust and corset, we normally recommend to go a corset size down so that the top of the corset can be tightened closer to your bust. If this is no better, for ladies who are looking to reduce their waist measurement, we then recommend underbust corsets. Corsets do not have cups, instead they have steel bones which when tensioned around your frame offer the same support that a bra would. I hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if you would like any further guidance. Corsets Story
