Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the item did not fit. Unfortunately the sizing charts are guidelines as every person has a different body shape. Therefore we offer a 30-days money back and 60-days exchange policy. Please return the item as stated in the returns procedure on the back of your invoice and e-mail us the relevant information so we can process this as soon as possible for you. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask our customer service team. Thank you very much! Kind regards, Corset Story

Good morning Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the product and we do advise on the large item description that the item is leather look corset and in the smaller print we do advise on the description that it is faux leather fashion corset with acrylic bones, so it would not be made of real leather. However if you are unhappy with the item then you can return it to us. Please email sales@corsets-uk.com and our customer services can deal with the return for you if you would like us to. Kind Regards, Corsets-UK

I think your an great company with really great prices, products and promotions, I do however think that more details especially from fans/clients would really add to your website. For instance I am a short girl and I feel one of my purchases is a little long for my body and it would have changed what I bought had I known at the time.

I admire Corsets-UK's commitment to healthy working conditions in their manufacturing bases and I believe this investment shows in the finish on their garments. The website is easy to use. Some more corset info pages would be of interest to me.

Had to ask them for my refund as I hadn't had it. Tried two items which had to be returned and cost me about £20 in postage for items I don't have now.
