The only comment I have is that when returning the product you are advised to use the tracking service or your refund could be delayed for several weeks. I did this and it cost me £8.60 which I think is a ridiculous price to return an item. I would not order again because of this as I simply couldn't afford to pay that if I needed to return again.

Easy to use website, beautiful dress neatly packed, quick postage. My only concern is that there were no exact measurements for the dress. It would make thinkgs a lot more convenient. :)

There are good and bad points. First the good. The customer service is mostly excellent (see later), the speed of response and delivery is also first class. The guarantee is great, and the quality of the goods are usually fantastic. However the bad points; the main one is the fact I ordered a size 22" replacement for a size 20" corset and got another 20" instead. As the guarantee only runs from the initial purchase I had run out of time to exchange it again. Although it wasn't the case for this one some of the corsets I have ordered seemed of a lesser quality and cut than the pictures shown.

I love the variety of the stock, materials, colours & style choices, also the returns system although it can be pricey if you request a refund in my last experience it was done very promptly!
