Faulty item sent, but absolutely no problem getting it replaced. Some items didn’t fit and were exchanged, and again, all went smoothly so am happy. Have used order story for years and that’s the first faulty item I’ve ever had, and I’ve bought a lot!!

Anyway, I am thrilled with mine. I adored 3 out of the 4 I chose - one didn’t suit me, but exchanging it for another was so easy, fast and completely free. I’m so impressed in particular with the exchanging process - it was easy to find and understand, no hassle at all, and didn’t even need to pay for postage. All in all, super happy with my graduation gift to myself :)
