Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear this, I will pass on your feedback onto our manufacturer. Unfortunately as your order was placed on the 22nd October we are now over the 30 day refund policy and 60 day exchange policy and there is nothing that we are able to do. Please bear in mind that items need to be returned within this time if we are able to process returns. Sorry for the inconvenience. Cordialement, Corsets Story

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item that you have received, we do have a wide range of items, the item which you have purchased is an acrylic boned corset, if you are looking for more support please try a steel boned item. In the mean time if you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange you are more than welcome to do so. Kind Regards. Corsets-UK

The service was superb and they answered my query. I had one small proplem with making the order, as it did not go through first time and I wanted to be sure of this before trying again. They have a superb range of corsets and similar items of clothing - in some quite unusual designs.
