The person who responded to my email query didn't really answer my questions, and clearly hadn't read my email properly. I expected a personal response, not just parroting of the Q and A section of the website, which I had already read and had not found an answer in. Otherwise fast dispatch etc, and a great product range

Final stage at the ordering process is a little confusing, I didn't realise I had to click the process button again on the order page after the paypal page which led to me having to order again a week later and use next day delivery at extra cost
